I grew up on the northeastern Italian coast in a family where art and music weren't hobbies—they were play, communication, and lifelines. A military father, a seamstress mother gifted with her hands, two older sisters already weaving art into daily life.

That immersion taught me: art isn't just something you do—it's a language. A way to know yourself, and to meet the world differently.

For over 20 years, I've helped women reconnect with their inner compass through mindful, art-inspired practices and narrative coaching—in both personal and professional life.
